Russian GOST standard cable tray roll forming machine is a dedicated cold roll forming line engineered to produce Лоток (Latok) cable trays widely used in Russia and CIS markets. Different from European and American cable tray profiles, this line is fully optimized to match ГОСТ Р МЭК 61537 dimension, hole layout, side flange bending and load-bearing requirements, so finished trays can pass local engineering inspection and acceptance smoothly.
The complete production workflow includes hydraulic decoiler, material guiding, leveling, servo synchronized punching, multi-pass roll forming, hydraulic flying cut and finished profile stacking. It can manufacture perforated cable tray, solid trough tray and matching tray cover on one line. The punching pattern, hole pitch and end crimping structure are preset according to popular Russian лоток drawings, avoiding secondary stamping and reworking. Raw materials supported include hot-dip galvanized steel, pre-galvanized GI and low carbon Q235 steel coils.

Burrs are controlled to minimum for easy assembly on site.
Heavy-Duty Roller & Rigid Machine Frame
Forming rollers adopt Cr12MoV alloy steel, quenched and hard chrome plated to prevent scratching galvanized surface. Multi-stage progressive forming prevents twisting, camber and springback on thin GI sheets. Thick welded base with shot blasting anti-rust treatment keeps stable performance under long continuous shifts, adapting to cold workshop environment common in Russia and Central Asia.
Stable Flying Hydraulic Cutting
Flying shear cutting mode realizes continuous running without stopping the strip. Independent hydraulic station with cooling system guarantees clean, low-deformation cuts. Length tolerance is controlled within ±2 mm, meeting strict GOST dimensional tolerance requirements for electrical cable management components.
Flexible Configuration for Different Production Plans
We customize the whole line according to your budget and output demand. You can choose basic forming-only version, or full automatic line equipped with hydraulic decoiler, auto stacker, cover forming attachment and safety protection system.
