Russian GOST standard cable tray roll forming machine is a dedicated cold roll forming line engineered to produce Лоток (Latok) cable trays widely used in Russia and CIS markets. Different from European and American cable tray profiles, this line is fully optimized to match ГОСТ Р МЭК 61537 dimension, hole layout, side flange bending and load-bearing requirements, so finished trays can pass local engineering inspection and acceptance smoothly.

The complete production workflow includes hydraulic decoiler, material guiding, leveling, servo synchronized punching, multi-pass roll forming, hydraulic flying cut and finished profile stacking. It can manufacture perforated cable tray, solid trough tray and matching tray cover on one line. The punching pattern, hole pitch and end crimping structure are preset according to popular Russian лоток drawings, avoiding secondary stamping and reworking. Stable Flying Hydraulic Cutting

Flying shear cutting mode realizes continuous running without stopping the strip. Independent hydraulic station with cooling system guarantees clean, low-deformation cuts.
