It supports 24/7 continuous operation, perfectly meeting the bulk support supply requirements of large photovoltaic power stations. Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and a 12-inch touchscreen interface, it enables one-touch parameter settings and memory storage of multiple process parameters. A robust and durable structure reduces long-term operational costs: The machine body is formed by welding 300# I-beams with 20mm-thick middle plates, supported by a reinforced H-beam base. Aging treatment eliminates internal stresses, ensuring deformation-free operation and consistent precision during high-intensity continuous work. Core transmission components feature precision gearboxes and universal joint couplings for high-efficiency, wear-resistant performance. The shearing mold, made of Cr12MoV high-strength alloy and vacuum-hardened, produces smooth, burr-free cuts with a service life far exceeding industry averages. Electrostatic spraying provides corrosion resistance, enabling operation in harsh environments like high-temperature, high-humidity, and dusty workshops while reducing maintenance frequency and lowering operational costs.
