Equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and a 12-inch touchscreen interface, it enables one-touch parameter settings and memory storage of multiple process parameters. A robust and durable structure reduces long-term operational costs: The machine body is formed by welding 300# I-beams with 20mm-thick middle plates, supported by a reinforced H-beam base. Aging treatment eliminates internal stresses, ensuring deformation-free operation and consistent precision during high-intensity continuous work. Core transmission components feature precision gearboxes and universal joint couplings for high-efficiency, wear-resistant performance. The shearing mold, made of Cr12MoV high-strength alloy and vacuum-hardened, produces smooth, burr-free cuts with a service life far exceeding industry averages. Electrostatic spraying provides corrosion resistance, enabling operation in harsh environments like high-temperature, high-humidity, and dusty workshops while reducing maintenance frequency and lowering operational costs.

Intelligent Safety Design for Enhanced Operational Assurance: Featuring multiple intelligent safety mechanisms, the equipment is equipped with emergency shutdown buttons, overload protection, and leakage protection devices. When abnormal operating conditions occur, the system automatically halts operation and triggers alarms to ensure operator and equipment safety.
