Equipped with a modular roll seat, adjustable screw mechanism, or slider mechanism, this system eliminates the need for complete mold disassembly when switching widths or heights. Hydraulic Synchronous Punching and Cutting
Punching dies can be customized according to drawings for circular holes, flange holes, or connection hole positions. Cutting is performed using hydraulic shearing or flying saw, resulting in smooth cut surfaces with minimal waste material. The punching action is precisely synchronized with the forming speed.

The host rack is primarily constructed from thickened steel plates welded together and subjected to annealing for stress relief; the rollers are quenched and ground; the guidance system employs linear guides or precision bearings, making it suitable for prolonged full-load operation.

Key motion components are equipped with protective covers, safety grilles, and emergency stop circuits, complying with CE and other safety standards; the operating console is movable or rotatable to facilitate workers’ observation of conditions at each workstation.
