The dual-wave barrier is a semi-rigid crash barrier featuring double corrugated profiles, composed of two continuous steel plates with wave-shaped peaks and valleys, circular tubular posts, support brackets/anti-blocking blocks, and connecting bolts, serving as a fundamental safety protection component for road infrastructure.

The triple-wave barrier is a three-layer corrugated reinforced high-protection barrier with widened panels and significantly enhanced cross-sectional stiffness, classified as a premium safety collision prevention facility primarily used for upgrading protection on hazardous highway sections.

Main roll forming machine

Forming machine frame: Made of high-quality steel sections, which are welded and then subjected to shot blasting or vibration treatment. It is machined by CNC numerical control gantry milling machine. Each rolling station has a positioning key groove on the bottom of the frame, ensuring the parallelism of the roller shafts.

Rolling station: 3W profile 20 rolling station, 2W profile 15 rolling station.

From 3W profile change to 2W profile, it is quick change. 3W and 2W share the same one machine basic frame. The 2W profile the distance of two rolling stations should be bigger than 3W profile.
