The host rack is primarily constructed from thickened steel plates welded together and subjected to annealing for stress relief; the rollers are quenched and ground; the guidance system employs linear guides or precision bearings, making it suitable for prolonged full-load operation.

Safety Protection and Design​

Key motion components are equipped with protective covers, safety grilles, and emergency stop circuits, complying with CE and other safety standards; the operating console is movable or rotatable to facilitate workers’ observation of conditions at each workstation.
