电缆桥架成型机

This full-automatic cable tray roll forming machine is specially customized for EU & EEA market, fully compliant with EU CE certification (MD/LVD/EMC Directive), ErP energy efficiency regulation, and compatible with EN 61537, EN 13501, EN ISO 12944 European cable tray manufacturing standards. The whole line can produce qualified European-standard cable trays, ladder trays, closed trunking, fire-resistant cable trays with complete electrical continuity, rounded edge and high load performance, widely used in European commercial buildings, industrial plants, port coastal, chemical and subway engineering projects.

High Precision Tolerance Control

Tray width & height tolerance: ±0.5mm; fixed cutting length error ≤±1mm per meter; straightness within 3m ≤1.5mm. Adopt integrated gantry frame and thickened roll shaft (70-85mm), 18-26 passes progressive bending design to eliminate material rebound, ensure finished tray assembly interchangeability for European standard fittings.

Mandatory Rounded Burr-free Edge Forming

Custom quenched rolling dies with R≥0.5mm rounded corner, no sharp cutting edge on bending & punching section. Effectively prevent cable insulation damage, fully pass EN 61537 mechanical safety test, exclusive process different from ordinary domestic forming machines.

Special Punching for EU Electrical Continuity

Servo on-line flying punching without machine stop, integrated molding three types of standard holes: bottom heat dissipation long holes, side splicing holes, reserved grounding bolt holes. Guarantee whole-tray grounding resistance ≤50mΩ, meet EU mandatory equipotential connection requirements for metal cable trays.

Adaptable European Raw Material Thickness & Material

Stable processing range: 1.0mm-2.0mm galvanized steel, pre-galvanized steel, 304/316 stainless steel. Support C1-C5 anti-corrosion grade tray production; 7-9 roller precision leveling structure to eliminate coil internal stress, ensure finished tray deflection within 1/200 span for EU load grade test.
