The Russian style cable tray roll forming machine is a full-automatic cold roll forming line engineered for plants supplying cable support systems to the Russian and CIS market. Unlike a generic cable tray machine, this model is calibrated to GOST R 52868-type dimensions, Russian preference for perforated trays, ladder trays and trough trays, and local factory conditions such as 380V/50Hz or 415V three-phase power, low-temperature workshops, and galvanized coil stock.
It converts galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel or stainless coil into finished trays in one pass: uncoiling → leveling → servo feeding → punching → roll forming → flying shear → stacking.

Q1: Can one machine make both ladder and perforated tray?
Yes. With quick-change roller cassettes and adjustable punch dies, the same line switches between perforated tray, ladder tray and trough tray in 30–60 minutes.
Q2: Do you support Russian 415V / 50Hz?
Yes. Default is 380V/50Hz three-phase, but we configure transformer, motor rating and PLC inputs for 415V or 220V control per Russian panel standard.
Q3: Is GOST certification included for the machine?
Machine can be supplied with EAC/CU-TR supporting documents on request. GOST R 52868 applies to the finished tray, not the roll former; we tune the line so your tray matches that standard.
Q3: What coil thickness is best for Russian galvanized tray?
Most Russian buyers run 1.2–2.0 mm galvanized for perforated tray, 1.5–3.0 mm for ladder side rail. We recommend 0.8–3.0 mm universal model.
Q4: How many workers needed?
1–2 workers: one for coil loading/unloading, one for quality check and HMI. Full auto mode runs without manual forming.
