The Russian style cable tray roll forming machine is a full-automatic cold roll forming line engineered for plants supplying cable support systems to the Russian and CIS market. Unlike a generic cable tray machine, this model is calibrated to GOST R 52868-type dimensions, Russian preference for perforated trays, ladder trays and trough trays, and local factory conditions such as 380V/50Hz or 415V three-phase power, low-temperature workshops, and galvanized coil stock.
It converts galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel or stainless coil into finished trays in one pass: uncoiling → leveling → servo feeding → punching → roll forming → flying shear → stacking.
