The equipment employs a hydraulic motor drive system with a frequency conversion control, achieving a forming speed of 8-25m/min (dynamically adjustable based on punching quantity), delivering over twice the efficiency of conventional equipment. While maintaining high-speed production, it utilizes 16-22 forming processes and a 7-roll leveling system, paired with precision GCr15 bearing steel rolls (quenched to HRC58-62), ensuring dimensional accuracy within ±0.3mm and producing smooth, burr-free cuts. The fully automated flying saw punching technology seamlessly integrates fixed-length shearing with precision punching, offering a 45-500mm adjustable hole spacing range. This eliminates manual errors entirely, ensuring every steel profile meets engineering-grade quality standards.
