The C-shaped Steel and Inclined C-shaped Steel Integrated Forming Machine is a professional industrial equipment that continuously processes two types of profiles—standard C-shaped steel and inclined C-shaped steel (with adjustable tilt angles)—based on the principle of metal cold bending plastic deformation. Through a modular rolling forming system and intelligent control system, it achieves both efficiency and flexibility in its core workflow. First, metal coils (such as galvanized sheets, cold-rolled sheets, and high-strength aluminum alloy sheets) are fixed on an automatic unloading rack. After being flattened by a straightening device to eliminate bending deformation, the coils are precisely conveyed to the core forming machine via a servo feeding system.
