A C purlin roll forming machine is a dedicated cold roll forming line that continuously processes galvanized steel, PPGI or carbon steel coil into standard C-shaped purlin profiles. Unlike combined CZ machines, this C channel former is optimized for stable, high-volume C purlin production, with simpler adjustment and lower failure rate for manufacturers focusing mainly on C-section orders.
Our Zhongtuo adjustable C purlin machine adopts heavy welded main frame and PLC touch screen control. Operators can set web height, flange width, lip size and cutting length directly on HMI. Motorized size adjustment version is available; you can switch different C purlin dimensions quickly without disassembling rollers manually. Servo hydraulic flying cut ensures clean, burr-free end faces and accurate fixed-length cutting.
