The Hat Channel Roll Forming Machine (also called hat purlin forming machine or metal furring channel roll former) is a fully automatic production line designed to continuously form galvanized steel or pre-painted coils into hat-shaped metal profiles. These hat channels are widely used as ceiling furring channels, drywall partition studs, roof purlins, and light-gauge steel framing supports in commercial and residential construction.
