A trapezoidal roof tile roll forming machine is a dedicated cold roll forming line to manufacture trapezoidal metal roof panels, also widely known as IBR roof sheets, trapezoidal roofing tiles, ribbed roof panels. It continuously processes galvanized steel, prepainted color steel, galvalume and aluminum coils into uniform trapezoidal roof tiles used for industrial plants, warehouses, farm sheds, commercial buildings and residential roof cladding.
Our fully automatic trapezoidal roof tile forming machine is engineered for stable high-speed running, precise forming and low maintenance. The whole line runs from coil feeding, guiding, multi-pass rolling forming, hydraulic flying cutting to finished sheet stacking.
