Integrated Hydraulic Punching:Equipped with a hydraulic punching system to create bolt holes (blockout holes) and splicer holes simultaneously during the forming process, ensuring precise hole alignment.
Heavy-Duty Construction:The machine base is constructed from high-tensile steel plates, stress-relieved to prevent deformation, ensuring longevity even under 24/7 operation.
High-Grade Rollers:Rollers are made from GCr15 bearing steel, CNC machined, heat-treated (HRC 58-62), and hard chrome-plated to resist wear and protect the zinc coating of the material.
Smart PLC Control:Utilizes a Siemens/Mitsubishi/Delta PLC with a user-friendly touchscreen interface. Operators can set production length, quantity, and punching positions easily.

Roll Forming: The strip passes through multiple roller stations to form the W or Thrie shape gradually.
Cutting: Hydraulic flying shear cuts the profile to the exact length required.
