Floor deck roll forming machine, also known as metal deck forming machine or composite floor deck sheet making machine, is a fully automatic cold roll forming line to turn GI steel coils into structural floor deck profiles. The finished metal floor deck works as permanent formwork and tensile reinforcement for concrete slabs, widely used in steel frame industrial plants, commercial buildings, warehouses, parking lots and high-rise projects.
Our floor deck forming line adopts progressive multi-station roller design. The whole workflow includes uncoiler, feeding guide, leveling unit, roll forming station, hydraulic punching, servo length tracking, hydraulic cutting and finished product stacking. It runs continuously from steel coil to cut-to-length deck sheets, greatly cutting manual work and production waste.
