All forming rollers are forged from high-grade 45# carbon steel, processed by precision grinding and hard chrome plating, with exceptional wear resistance and pressure resistance, extending mold service life by over 3 times compared with ordinary rollers. The precision gearbox and chain transmission system runs smoothly with low noise and minimal wear, guaranteeing a low failure rate and reduced downtime for enterprises.

Fully Automatic Flying Shear System, Ultra-High Production Efficiency
Equipped with a PLC intelligent touch screen control system, hydraulic uncoiler and high-precision servo feeding system, the machine realizes fully unmanned automatic production with a stable working speed of 8-25m/min, perfectly adapting to large-scale batch production. The core highlight is the automatic flying shear cutting function, which achieves fixed-length cutting without stopping the production line, greatly improving production efficiency compared with traditional static cutting. Operators can set production length, quantity and punching parameters with one click, reducing manual labor input by over 60% and shortening order delivery cycles significantly.

High-Precision Forming, Strict Tolerance Control
Driven by imported servo motors and high-precision positioning encoders, the machine controls product size tolerance within ±0.5mm, ensuring every finished metal deck panel has uniform dimensions, straight edges and consistent rib spacing. The synchronous punching system accurately forms connection holes and ventilation slots without burrs or deformation, making on-site lifting, splicing and construction quick and convenient. Finished panels have smooth surfaces, no cracks or distortion, with stable quality that meets the strict requirements of high-rise and large-scale steel structure projects.
