Core Components & Structural Highlights
Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Uncoiler: Made of high-strength welded steel structure with overall tempering treatment, featuring strong rigidity and stable load-bearing, suitable for 5-15 tons of various raw material coils with a width range of 1200-1250mm. Equipped with hydraulic expansion function, automatic tension control and photoelectric deviation correction device, it realizes smooth and stable unwinding, adapts to long-term high-load continuous production, and effectively avoids sheet deviation and material waste caused by unstable feeding. It can be equipped with manual, hydraulic or passive uncoiling mode according to customer needs, and the inner diameter of the coil can be adjusted to 460-530mm to adapt to different raw material specifications.

High-Precision Main Forming Host: The core component of the equipment, adopting a thickened heavy-duty frame structure (350# H steel welded), with high rigidity and low vibration, ensuring stable operation under long-term working conditions. Internal forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 bearing steel or 45# steel with chromed treatment, processed by precision CNC machining, quenched and tempered to HRC 58-62, with ultra-high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high precision. The forming station is designed with 12-16 groups of rollers, ensuring that the trapezoidal rib structure is formed step by step, with uniform stress and no deformation. The roller shaft is made of 40Cr alloy steel, with high strength and stable transmission; the quick-adjustment roller design is adopted, which can quickly switch different specifications of trapezoidal sheets (wave height 40-100mm, effective width 750-1065mm) without disassembling the entire roller group, saving time and improving production flexibility.

High-Efficiency Cutting & Optional Punching System: Equipped with hydraulic fixed-length cutting or flying shear cutting system, matched with high-precision encoder length measurement, the length error is controlled within ±0.3mm, with neat notches, no burrs, and no damage to the surface coating of the sheet. The flying shear cutting system supports non-stop cutting during high-speed production, which can improve production efficiency by more than 20% compared with traditional cutting methods. The optional automatic hydraulic punching system can punch standard mounting holes, ventilation holes and wiring holes synchronously during the forming process, with high position accuracy and consistent spacing, avoiding secondary processing and greatly improving overall production efficiency. The cutting blade is made of Cr12MoV alloy steel with quenching treatment, ensuring long service life.

Intelligent PLC Control System: Adopting international brand PLC programmable controller (Siemens, Mitsubishi optional) + humanized touch screen operation interface, supporting Chinese-English bilingual operation (Spanish, Arabic, Russian and other multi-language customization is available). The system realizes one-key automatic production, with complete functions including parameter setting, production counting, fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop and overload protection. It supports storage and quick call of production parameters of different specifications, and can import CAD drawings to realize numerical control production, reducing operation difficulty and manual errors. Operators only need simple training to get started quickly, and even new operators can master the operation skills in one day.

Stable Hydraulic & Electrical System: Equipped with an independent hydraulic station with cooling and oil filtering system, with stable pressure, low noise (≤75dB) and low failure rate, providing reliable power support for uncoiling, forming, cutting and punching. The hydraulic system adopts double-loop design, ensuring independent operation of lifting and cutting actions. Electrical components adopt well-known international brands, complying with international electrical safety standards, with safe and stable lines, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the equipment, and meeting the safety production requirements of global customers. It supports 220V/380V/415V/460V power supply, 50/60Hz, 3P, adapting to the power supply standards of different countries and regions.
