High-Precision Main Forming Host: The core component of the equipment, adopting a thickened heavy-duty frame structure (350# H steel welded), with high rigidity and low vibration, ensuring stable operation under long-term working conditions. Internal forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 bearing steel or 45# steel with chromed treatment, processed by precision CNC machining, quenched and tempered to HRC 58-62, with ultra-high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high precision.
