It can be equipped with manual, hydraulic or passive uncoiling mode according to customer needs, and the inner diameter of the coil can be adjusted to 460-530mm to adapt to different raw material specifications.

High-Precision Main Forming Host: The core component of the equipment, adopting a thickened heavy-duty frame structure (350# H steel welded), with high rigidity and low vibration, ensuring stable operation under long-term working conditions. Internal forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 bearing steel or 45# steel with chromed treatment, processed by precision CNC machining, quenched and tempered to HRC 58-62, with ultra-high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high precision. The optional automatic hydraulic punching system can punch standard mounting holes, ventilation holes and wiring holes synchronously during the forming process, with high position accuracy and consistent spacing, avoiding secondary processing and greatly improving overall production efficiency.
