Complete Working Process

The entire working flow is fully automated and uninterrupted. First, the hydraulic automatic decoiler steadily releases steel coils to ensure continuous and stable material feeding. After accurate guiding and positioning, the steel strip enters the integrated punching system to complete standard hole punching for shelf assembly, including common diamond holes, round holes and adjustment holes. Subsequently, multi-group high-precision forming rollers gradually bend and shape the steel strip into standard shelf upright profiles. Finally, the servo tracking hydraulic cutting system performs fixed-length cutting, and finished upright products are automatically output and collected, realizing unmanned assembly line production.
