Our C-section roll forming machine is a specialized piece of equipment engineered to produce precision C-shaped steel profiles through continuous cold roll forming technology. It processes metal coils (such as Q235B, Q355B steel, and aluminum alloy) into standardized or customized C-section steel by integrating uncoiling, leveling, punching, roll forming, and cutting processes in one automated workflow.
The C-section steel produced by this machine plays a pivotal role in multiple industries. Working Principle
The working principle of our C-section roll forming machine is based on precise cold roll forming technology, combined with intelligent automation control, to achieve efficient and accurate processing. The complete workflow is as follows:
First, metal coils are placed on the uncoiler, which unwinds the coils smoothly. The unwound metal sheet is then fed into the leveling machine to eliminate bending and deformation caused during transportation and storage, ensuring the flatness of the material for subsequent processing. Next, the leveled sheet is precisely conveyed to the punching station by the feeding device. According to the design requirements of C-section steel (such as hole position for connection and cable routing), the punching system, equipped with high-precision molds, punches holes with consistent size and position accuracy.
After punching, the material enters the main forming unit, which is equipped with a series of sequentially arranged forming rollers. Driven by a high-performance motor, the rollers gradually bend the metal sheet into the C-shaped profile through continuous and gradual pressure application. Throughout the forming process, the advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system real-time monitors and adjusts processing parameters such as forming speed and pressure, ensuring the consistency and precision of each C-section steel product. Finally, the cutting device cuts the formed C-section steel into the preset length, and the finished products are conveyed to the discharge table, completing the entire automated production process.
