Through a modular rolling forming system and intelligent control system, it achieves both efficiency and flexibility in its core workflow. First, metal coils (such as galvanized sheets, cold-rolled sheets, and high-strength aluminum alloy sheets) are fixed on an automatic unloading rack. After being flattened by a straightening device to eliminate bending deformation, the coils are precisely conveyed to the core forming machine via a servo feeding system.
