Working Principle

According to customer needs, the machine can adopt automatic roller glazing or curtain glazing technology to apply a uniform glazed coating on the surface of the profile. The glazing system is equipped with a precise dosage control device to ensure the thickness of the glaze layer is consistent, enhancing the adhesion and durability of the coating. Finally, the glazed roof sheet profile is conveyed to the precision cutting unit, which cuts the profile into the preset length with high accuracy.
