It features automatic hydraulic deviation correction, pressure holding, and anti-slip feeding rollers, paired with a reinforced feeding guide bridge to prevent material wrinkling, scratching, or misalignment during high-speed feeding. Precision Leveling & Deviation Correction Unit: Equipped with 9-15 groups of high-precision leveling rollers, this unit effectively eliminates curling stress, surface unevenness, and edge warping of raw metal coils, guaranteeing the material is perfectly flat and straight before entering the shearing station. It supports adjustable leveling intensity for different material thicknesses and hardness, which is critical to ensuring the finished strips/sheets have uniform thickness, straight edges, and no deformation.
