It is specially designed for the mass production of high-precision C-shaped, Z-shaped, U-shaped steel sections and custom-shaped steel products. Different from the traditional split-type steel forming equipment, the CUMZ integrated machine adopts a modular integrated design and core drive technology, which can realize continuous and efficient production from raw steel coils to finished products without manual transfer between processes.

The forming range covers a bottom width of 140-400mm and a waist height of 50-100mm, which can meet the production needs of different thicknesses (2.0-4.0mm) of steel plates.
