Different from ordinary rolling machines, our Automatic Sizes Changing Strut Channel Machine adopts professional cold bending technology, without damaging the metal material structure. It can process galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other raw materials, producing standard C-channel, U-channel and custom solar mounting struts widely used in rooftop solar systems, ground photovoltaic power stations and large-scale solar farm projects.

Support the sizes of 41×21, 41×41 and 41x62mm 41x72mm, 41x82mm Max thickness from 2 to 2.75mm GI steel. 3.0mm if not too many then okay.

Note: the thickness range the narrower and then profile will be more beautiful.

Size adjustment: PLC control, but you need to change the shearing blades.

Introduction to Equipment Configuration
1. Requirement: The height from the bottom of the front-end cold bending machine material to the ground should be between 850mm and 900mm, while others can be customized
2. Requirement: On site self provided gas source, 0.6~0.8MPa, 1~2m ³ gas storage tank (gas consumption per minute/0.3m ³ for a single device)
3. Requirement: Bring your own power supply on site, and use 4 * 6+1 * 2.5 or above power cords
4. Power specification: 380V, 50HZ three-phase (special can be customized)

Feeding section (variable frequency control, adjustable speed)
1. The feeding is equipped with high-speed rollers
2. The second stage feeding adopts rubber rollers to prevent slipping and scratching of the profiles.

Flip over section (servo control, simple structure, durable, basically maintenance free)

Stacking section
1. All profiles are made of heavy-duty materials
2. The palletizing gripper adopts a gripper type cylinder that is stable and reliable. (Cylinder model MH40D)
3. The base is made of 100 * 100 square tube for greater stability, and the forklift is more convenient
4. The drag chains are all heavy-duty, making them more stable for long-term operation
