Solar PV frames are mostly made of high-grade aluminum alloy strips with strict surface appearance requirements. Our equipment adopts full-process soft contact anti-scratch rolling design and isolated protective structure. During high-speed continuous forming, it will not damage the aluminum alloy oxide layer, coating, and anodized surface. The finished frame has smooth edges, clean surface, uniform texture, and no oxidation marks, fully meeting the high appearance standards of high-end photovoltaic modules and outdoor power generation equipment.

The main body of the machine is integrally welded with thickened high-strength steel plates, and undergoes secondary stress relief annealing treatment to ensure no frame deformation or shaking after long-term high-frequency continuous operation. All core electrical components, hydraulic systems, and transmission bearings adopt international well-known brand accessories, with low noise, stable pressure, strong anti-interference ability, and extremely low failure rate. The equipment can adapt to complex workshop environments such as high temperature, dust, and humidity, reducing later maintenance costs and avoiding production line shutdown losses.
