A solar mounting roll forming machine is a fully automatic cold-roll production line that turns galvanized steel, aluminum-zinc-magnesium coated coil, or aluminum strip into finished photovoltaic support profiles—C channel, U channel, strut channel (41×21, 41×41, 41×52, etc.)—with inline punching, embossing, and cut-to-length.

Yes. With quick-change spacers or an auto-size-change system, the same line produces 41×21, 41×41, 41×52, 41×62 by adjusting roller gaps and punch programs.
Q: What coil thickness is best for PV brackets?
Most ground-mount C channels use 2.0–2.5 mm GI/ZAM. Carport and tracker supports go to 3.0–4.0 mm. The machine is sized to your max gauge.
Q: Do you supply punching dies for M8/M10 holes?
Yes. Standard solar holes (oval 14×28, round ⌀11, slot 9×20) are pre-built; custom hole patterns are CNC-cut per your drawing.
