The photovoltaic bracket forming machine operates on precision roll-forming technology, automating the transformation from metal coils to standardized photovoltaic brackets. At the production start, raw material coils made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy are hoisted to the unwinder. The unwinder smoothly releases the coils and precisely guides them onto the feeding platform, ensuring smooth and even material conveyance. The metal coils then enter the forming machine, where multiple precision rollers are arranged in sequence according to the preset cross-sectional profile of the photovoltaic bracket. As the metal material continuously passes between the rollers, it undergoes uniform and continuous rolling forces, gradually undergoing plastic deformation. This process transforms the flat metal sheet into specific structural profiles such as rails, clamps, and bases that meet photovoltaic installation requirements.

When the formed bracket profile reaches the preset length, the forming shear device initiates operation. Utilizing high-precision hydraulic drive technology, the system employs stable pressure output to drive the cutting blade to descend rapidly and accurately, achieving precise cutting of the bracket profile to the specified dimensions with smooth, flat cuts that require no secondary processing. The entire production process is fully controlled by a computerized system. Operators simply input the bracket’s cross-sectional dimensions, length, and thickness parameters on the touchscreen, after which the system automatically adjusts the uncoiling speed, rolling rhythm, and cutting timing. This enables fully automated production, effectively eliminating human errors and ensuring product accuracy and production stability.

Holomorphy of basic structure

Feed Introduction Platform: As the starting hub of the production process, this platform consists of a high-strength metal frame and a smooth conveying surface. Its primary function is to smoothly receive metal coils released by the unwinding machine and precisely guide the materials into the forming machine through positioning devices. The platform is designed to accommodate metal coils of various materials and widths, featuring adjustable tilt angles and conveyance speed controls to ensure stable feeding and lay the foundation for subsequent precision forming.

Forming Machine: As the core component of the equipment, the forming machine consists of a roller assembly, drive shaft, bearing housing, and power drive unit. The roller assembly is made of high-quality alloy steel, with special heat treatment processes to enhance hardness and wear resistance. Its surface is finely polished to ensure uniform contact with metal materials. Each roller’s contour and arrangement angle are precisely calculated to meet the forming requirements of different photovoltaic bracket profiles. The drive shaft transmits power, ensuring coordinated operation of all roller assemblies. The bearing housing provides stable support, reducing operational vibration and noise. The power drive unit employs an efficient motor, delivering stable power through belt or gear transmission to ensure continuous and reliable forming processes.

Forming Shearing Device: Primarily responsible for precise cutting of formed stents, this system consists of a shearing knife holder, high-precision cutting blades, a hydraulic drive system, and a positioning device. The shearing knife holder is fabricated from high-strength steel, providing sufficient rigidity to withstand cutting impact forces. The cutting blades are made of premium tool steel, with special heat treatment ensuring sharpness and durability, enabling effortless cutting of metal stents of varying thicknesses. The hydraulic drive system controls rapid and smooth lifting of the cutting blades, while the positioning device employs advanced photoelectric sensors to monitor the profile’s position in real time and feed back to the control system, achieving automated and precise cutting to ensure consistent length for each stent segment.

液压站: As a core power unit of the equipment, it provides stable and reliable hydraulic power for the shearing device and other hydraulic components. Composed of an oil pump, motor, oil tank, hydraulic valve assembly, and pipe connectors, the oil pump drives the motor to pressurize and deliver hydraulic oil to various actuating elements. The hydraulic valve assembly precisely controls the flow direction, pressure, and flow rate of the hydraulic oil, enabling rapid blade descent, smooth cutting, and quick recovery. The oil tank serves multiple functions including oil storage, heat dissipation, and impurity filtration, ensuring the cleanliness and stable performance of the hydraulic oil to guarantee long-term efficient operation of the hydraulic system.

Computer Control System: Serving as the “smart brain” of the equipment, this system utilizes advanced industrial control computers and automation software to monitor and manage the entire production process. Operators can conveniently input parameters such as bracket specifications, production speed, and cutting length through the touchscreen interface. The system automatically generates control commands to coordinate the operation of all components. Simultaneously, it collects real-time operational data—including motor speed, hydraulic pressure, and profile position—via sensors. Upon detecting any abnormalities, the system immediately triggers an alarm and activates shutdown protection to ensure equipment and personnel safety. Additionally, the system records production data and performs statistical analysis, providing data support for production management and quality control.
