They precisely replicate the roof edge-locking structure details, eliminating leakage risks caused by insufficient roller precision. The drive system integrates Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and German Siemens PLCs, delivering response times as fast as 0.001 seconds to maintain dynamic balance between roller speed and pressure, meeting the thin-profit, high-volume forming requirements of roof floor slabs. The hydraulic cutting system employs German Rexroth components, maintaining stable cutting pressure at 50-80MPa to produce smooth, burr-free cuts that prevent sealing failures during roof installation. Our forming machines, designed with full-condition customization, ensure quality is not constrained by the environment: in terms of material compatibility, they can precisely process specialized roofing materials such as 0.6-2.5mm thick high-weatherproof galvanized steel sheets, aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy sheets, and color-coated sheets. The rolling parameters automatically adjust according to the yield strength of different materials, ensuring that the formed panels maintain their corrosion and aging resistance. For environmental adaptation, the machine body features IP54 protection, and the electrical cabinet is equipped with a constant-temperature dehumidification system, enabling stable operation in extreme environments like high-temperature and high-humidity Southeast Asia, sandy conditions in the Middle East, and low temperatures in Northern Europe, thus avoiding equipment failures that could affect roofing project timelines. In terms of product specifications, the roller set can be replaced in just 90 minutes, producing various types of roof floor panels including vertical edge-locking, interlocking, and concealed types, suitable for flat roofs, sloping roofs, and curved roofs. No recalibration is required after replacement, ensuring consistent quality across multiple batches of orders.
