However, traditional glazed tile production often relies on complex manual processes, which are inefficient and costly, making it difficult to meet the growing demands of the modern construction industry. Carefully selected materials for durability

In the production of glazed tile forming machines, we consistently prioritize quality by implementing rigorous raw material screening from the source. Critical components including the frame structure, forming molds, and transmission systems are all constructed with premium steel and alloy materials. The frame utilizes high-strength Q345B steel, which boasts exceptional yield strength and toughness to withstand the stresses generated during high-speed operation and intense pressure, ensuring structural stability and durability while significantly extending equipment lifespan. The forming molds employ heat-resistant H13 steel, renowned for its excellent thermal hardness, wear resistance, and thermal fatigue resistance. With a mold lifespan exceeding 500,000 cycles, this design drastically reduces replacement frequency and enhances production efficiency.

The gear and chain of transmission system are made of alloy steel and have been treated by special heat treatment process, which makes the surface hardness and wear resistance greatly improved, and has good impact resistance. It can operate stably under long-term and high load working conditions, reduce the probability of failure, and provide a solid guarantee for the efficient production of glazed tile forming machine.
