Standard Working Process of Floor Deck Forming Line

Firstly, the galvanized steel coil is placed on the automatic hydraulic uncoiler for stable feeding. The leveling device straightens the curved steel plate to ensure flat raw material input. Then, the materials enter the multi-pass rolling forming system, which gradually bends and presses the steel plate into standard floor deck rib profiles. After profile forming, the reserved punching system completes installation hole processing according to design requirements. Finally, the high-precision hydraulic cutting system automatically cuts the deck sheets to the preset length, and finished products are output through the discharging table. The whole process realizes one-time integral forming without secondary processing.
