Equipped with a custom-designed multi-stage forming roller system, precisely calibrated to produce standard and customized guardrail profiles, including W-beam guardrails, Thrie-beam guardrails, C-beam guardrails and other common traffic guardrail models. The optimized gradual forming process ensures every guardrail panel has uniform shape, full ribs, straight edges and no deformation, warping or burrs. The formed guardrails boast excellent impact resistance and structural stability, able to absorb and disperse impact force effectively during traffic accidents, fully complying with international traffic safety standards (ISO, ASTM, EN).
High-Precision Control, Stable Product Quality
Driven by imported high-precision positioning encoders and intelligent PLC control systems, the machine controls product dimensional tolerance within ±0.3mm, guaranteeing consistent width, thickness, rib height and hole position accuracy for every guardrail component. All forming rollers are forged from high-grade 45# carbon steel, processed by precision grinding and multi-layer hard chrome plating, featuring exceptional wear resistance, pressure resistance and long service life. Anti-Corrosion & Anti-Scratch Protection
Designed with a professional anti-scratch forming system, the machine uses soft rubber conveying rollers and precise gap adjustment to avoid hard friction between the metal coil and forming rollers, protecting the surface coating (galvanized, aluminum-zinc coated) from scratches and abrasions. This keeps the surface coating intact, ensuring finished guardrails have excellent rust resistance, corrosion resistance and weather resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor use in harsh environments such as highways, coastal roads and desert areas.
Intelligent Automatic Operation, Labor-Saving & Easy to Use
Powered by an advanced PLC touch screen control system and hydraulic automatic uncoiler, the machine realizes fully unmanned continuous production. Operators only need to set production length, guardrail specifications, punching positions and quantity with one click, and the equipment automatically completes feeding, leveling, forming, punching, cutting and stacking. The system is equipped with fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop and automatic alarm functions, ensuring safe operation and quick troubleshooting. New operators can master full operation after short-term training, no professional technical background required.
