Precision Leveling Unit: A critical component for ensuring profile quality, the precision leveling unit is equipped with 12-16 sets of Cr12MoV alloy steel rollers (hardened to 58-62 HRC). These rollers effectively eliminate unevenness, warping, and internal stress in the steel sheet, ensuring a flat and smooth surface. The roller gap and pressure are adjustable via the control system, adapting to steel sheets of different thicknesses (0.8-3.0mm). Hydraulic Station: Provides stable hydraulic power for the uncoiler, punching, and cutting devices. It consists of a high-pressure hydraulic pump, precision control valves, and a large-capacity oil tank with a cooling system. The hydraulic system features overload protection and pressure compensation functions, ensuring stable operation and extending component service life. The cooling system maintains hydraulic oil temperature at 30-50℃, preventing overheating and performance degradation.

Intelligent Control Cabinet: The “brain” of the machine, equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and a high-performance PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Operators can easily input and adjust parameters such as profile type (C/Z), dimensions, punching positions, and cutting lengths. The system supports real-time monitoring of production speed, output, and equipment status, with automatic fault diagnosis and alarm functions. It also records production data (e.g., daily output, fault logs) for easy production management and predictive maintenance.
