1. Hydraulic Decoiler & Coil Car
The decoiler holds steel coils from 2 tons up to 5 tons, with hydraulic expansion to lock the coil inner diameter. Optional coil car simplifies coil loading without heavy forklift operation, protecting operators and speeding up coil changeover.
2. Leveling & Feeding Section
Multi-roller leveling unit removes coil camber and strip distortion before forming. Encoder tracks feeding length in real time, sending accurate signals to the punching and cutting system.
3. Flying Hydraulic Punching Station
Inline flying punch is the key module for solar brackets. It punches mounting holes, long slots and connection notches without stopping the strip. Punch layout, hole spacing and quantity are saved in PLC recipes, perfect for standard solar struts with evenly spaced holes.
4. Main Roll Forming Host
16–28 groups of forming stations with heavy-duty gearbox drive gradually fold the strip into target C / U channel profile. Rollers are forged steel with surface hardening treatment for long service life under continuous heavy production.
5. Flying Cut-off Unit
Flying shear cuts finished profiles to required length on the fly, no need to stop the line. Cutting surface stays flat and clean, no deformation on the formed strut.
6. PLC Control Cabinet
Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC + color touch HMI stores dozens of product recipes. You can set production speed, cut length, punch interval and batch quantity. Multi-language interface supports English, Russian, Spanish, Arabic and other languages to match local operation needs. Voltage configuration is customizable for 50Hz / 60Hz worldwide grids.
