Metal Fence Slat Roll Forming Machine
Description:Metal fence slat roll forming machine is a fully automatic continuous cold forming production line designed to manufacture privacy fence slats, palisade pickets, horizontal fence panels, louver fence profiles and fence frame components. The whole line integrates decoiling, feeding, leveling, servo punching, multi-pass roll forming, flying or hydraulic cutting and automatic unloading. It turns galvanized steel, PPGI and aluminum coils into finished fence boards in one continuous run, widely used for residential, commercial and industrial fencing projects.
Many fence manufacturers face common production issues: inconsistent profile size, bending distortion, slow mould change, rough surface and high scrap rate. Our fence roll forming line solves these pain points with optimized roller layout, synchronous servo punching and stable cutting system. Stable forming precision & excellent surface finish
Multi-stage progressive roller design ensures gradual bending. Rollers are made of Cr12MoV or GCr15 steel with quenching and hard chrome plating. Finished slats stay straight, no twisting, no wave edges and no scratches. Tight tolerance guarantees seamless assembly on site.
Optional servo punching station
Inline servo punching works synchronously with forming speed. It punches mounting holes, notches or fixed slots automatically. Hole spacing can be adjusted freely on the touch screen, saving separate secondary punching work and reducing labor.
Wide raw material range
Compatible with galvanized steel, color coated steel and aluminum strip. Usual material thickness from 0.6 mm to 2.0 mm. We customize roller tooling according to your profile drawings and local market standards.
PLC intelligent control & multi-language operation
Equipped with well-known brand PLC and touch screen. Operators can preset cutting length, production quantity, punching pitch and line speed. The system has automatic counting, feeding deviation alarm and fault diagnosis. Optional quick-change tooling module supports fast switch between different fence sizes without replacing all rollers.
Adjustable production speed for different orders
Flying shear cutting version runs without line stop, suitable for large-volume bulk orders. Hydraulic cutting version is cost-effective for small and medium batches. Only one or two workers are required to monitor the full line, lowering labor cost greatly.
Customized line configuration
Standard line includes decoiler, feeding guide, leveler, punching unit (optional), roll forming host, cutting unit and run-out table. We customize working width, profile mould, power voltage (380V / 415V, 50Hz / 60Hz), stacking rack and safety guard according to your requirements.
Complete Production Workflow
Coil decoiling → strip leveling → servo punching (optional) → continuous roll forming → cut to fixed length → finished fence slat output & stacking
