36m/min high-speed mass production: undertaking project orders

The global expansion of photovoltaic projects has created a demand for “scale breakthroughs” in bracket production capacity. Our forming machine, featuring “full-process automation and high-speed stable transmission,” achieves an efficient output of 32-36 meters per minute. With a single 8-hour shift, it can stably produce over 4,500 linear meters of standard brackets, tripling the efficiency of traditional equipment. This capability effortlessly meets the batch supply demands of gigawatt-scale photovoltaic projects.

The integrated equipment system combines automatic feeding, leveling, forming, punching, cutting, and palletizing into a single unit. Featuring a dual-station rapid feeding device, it enables seamless material switching without machine downtime, significantly reducing process transition time. A 25KW high-power variable frequency motor paired with an optimized gearbox ensures smooth operation at high speeds, eliminating vibration and material jamming while maintaining continuous forming. The industrial IoT system provides real-time production data monitoring and scheduling, achieving “controllable capacity and traceable quality.” This helps customers respond quickly to orders and shorten delivery cycles.

Micron-level precision molding:clearing the precision obstacle for tracking power generation

The “solar tracking efficiency” of photovoltaic tracking mounts originates from millimeter-level precision during the forming process. Our forming machine employs a dual-precision control system combining “dynamic servo calibration + AI visual inspection”. Through progressive cold bending technology, 18-22 SKD11 high-precision rolls ensure mounting errors remain strictly within ±0.3mm, with hole positioning accuracy achieving micron-level standards of ±0.2mm. The flange verticality error is ≤0.2mm/m, fully complying with global certification standards including GB/T 3091, ASTM A792, and EN 10219.

For the critical transmission components of tracking mounts, the system captures real-time forming data and dynamically adjusts parameters to ensure dimensional consistency across all mounts. This eliminates tracking lag and component misalignment caused by precision deviations at the source, enabling photovoltaic modules to maintain precise alignment with the sun’s trajectory and maximize energy conversion efficiency. Whether for large-span mounts in ground-mounted power stations or small-scale custom mounts in distributed projects, the system enables “production-to-installation” capability, significantly reducing on-site commissioning costs.

Full material compatibility processing: meets all weathering requirements

In response to the diversified evolution of photovoltaic support materials, the equipment has transcended traditional forming limitations to achieve “seamless compatibility across all materials.” From conventional carbon steels like Q235 and Q355 to high-strength aluminum alloys, zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated corrosion-resistant steel, and specialized weather-resistant steel, all can be processed reliably. The system supports precise forming of materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 4.0 mm, perfectly adapting to various environmental scenarios: corrosion resistance requirements in high-salt coastal areas, wind load resistance in high-altitude plateaus, and aging resistance standards in high-temperature deserts—all can be met through tailored material processing solutions.

To address the processing challenges of aluminum alloy materials being prone to tearing and zinc-aluminum-magnesium coatings being susceptible to damage, we specifically optimized the forming process. By precisely controlling roll pressure and forming speed, we ensured forming accuracy while effectively preserving material properties and coating integrity. This extends the natural service life of the bracket to over 25 years, significantly reducing the lifecycle operation and maintenance costs of the power station.

Selection of hard core components:building a long-term stable foundation

The equipment’s core components are all sourced from top-tier international brands. The frame is constructed with high-strength Q345B steel through full welding, with aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring rigidity and stability under heavy loads. The core rolls are made of SKD11 die steel, processed through quenching, tempering, precision machining, polishing, and hard chrome plating, achieving a hardness of HRC60-62 with exceptional wear resistance and a service life exceeding 1.2 million cycles. The transmission system features imported SKF bearings paired with high-precision gearboxes, ensuring long-term stable operation while reducing maintenance frequency and costs.

Full-process quality control: Ensure zero defects at the factory

Critical components are manufactured using five-axis synchronized machine tools and high-precision CNC machining centers, achieving dimensional accuracy within ±0.01mm.
