The whole working process is stable and efficient without high-temperature processing, which will not damage the physical properties and surface coating of the raw materials.

The specific working flow is as follows: First, the raw material steel coil is automatically fed into the equipment through the feeding rack; then the leveling device flattens the uneven raw materials to ensure flat feeding; after that, the multi-group roll shafts perform gradual rolling and arc bending molding to form a standard arc tile profile; finally, the automatic cutting system cuts the profiles according to the set length, and the finished products are output through the discharging platform. The whole process is controlled by the intelligent PLC system, with one-key start and automatic operation, realizing unmanned batch production.
