고부하용 유압식 풀이 시스템: This unit is equipped with a heavy-load hydraulic uncoiler with a maximum load capacity of 5-8 tons, suitable for large-size raw steel coils widely used in guardrail production. It supports coil widths ranging from 320mm to 550mm, matching the standard specifications of two wave and three wave guardrails. The system features stable feeding, pressure holding and deviation correction devices, ensuring smooth and safe uncoiling, eliminating material slipping and scratches, and adapting to high-strength steel coils for heavy-duty guardrail production.

Precision Leveling & Feeding Device: Equipped with 9-15 groups of high-precision leveling rollers, this device effectively eliminates curling stress and surface unevenness of thick steel coils (1.5-4.0mm thickness), guaranteeing the steel strip is completely flat and straight before entering the forming unit. It supports adjustable leveling intensity for different steel thicknesses and strengths, which is critical to ensuring the dimensional accuracy, straightness and bending resistance of final highway guardrail products. The servo-driven feeding system ensures stable and precise feeding speed, matching the high-speed forming process.

Dual-Specification High-Speed Forming Unit: As the core of the entire machine, the forming unit adopts a modular, quick-switching roller design, composed of 20-32 groups of solid forming frames. The forming rollers are made of high-grade GCr15 bearing steel or 45# alloy steel, processed through precision machining, quenching, tempering and hard chrome plating treatment, with a hardness reaching HRC 60-65, featuring excellent wear resistance, pressure resistance and long service life. Driven by a high-power servo motor and gearbox transmission, all roller groups run synchronously with high precision, supporting fast switching between two wave and three wave guardrail production within 15-20 minutes without replacing the entire roller set, greatly improving production flexibility and efficiency.

Synchronous Automatic Punching System: Highway guardrails require precise punching for connection and installation with brackets and posts, so this machine is equipped with a servo-driven synchronous punching unit that runs in sync with the forming process. It can punch standard connection holes, bolt holes and mounting holes of uniform size and spacing on the guardrail body with high precision (punching accuracy ±0.3mm), without stopping the production line. The punching position, hole size and spacing can be flexibly set via the touch screen, fully complying with international road guardrail standards such as AASHTO, EN and GB, ensuring perfect fitting during on-site installation.

High-Speed Flying Saw Cutting System: To match the high-speed forming efficiency, this machine adopts an advanced servo flying saw cutting technology, which realizes non-stop fixed-length cutting during continuous high-speed production. Equipped with heat-treated high-strength alloy steel blades, it ensures smooth cutting edges, no burrs and no product deformation, with cutting accuracy controlled within ±0.5mm. The cutting length can be freely adjusted between 2-6 meters via the intelligent control system, adapting to standard and customized length requirements of different countries and road projects.

자동 배출 및 적재 장치: Designed for heavy and long guardrail panels, this unit includes a hydraulic lifting discharge rack and automatic stacking device with soft contact pads, avoiding surface scratches on galvanized or painted guardrails. It can automatically stack finished guardrails neatly and stably, reducing manual handling labor and potential damage, improving overall production efficiency and protecting product surface quality and corrosion resistance.

지능형 PLC 제어 시스템: Serving as the control core of the entire production line, it is equipped with a well-known international brand PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Delta) and a large touch screen operation panel, supporting multi-language switching including English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Russian and more. The system realizes full-process automatic control of uncoiling, leveling, forming, punching, cutting and stacking, with functions of production counting, fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop, parameter memory and production speed regulation. It is easy to operate, with a user-friendly interface, and equipped with high-quality electrical components from Schneider and Omron for stable, safe and low-failure operation.
