The produced PV brackets have high structural rigidity, strong bending and compression resistance, and excellent wind and snow load capacity, fully complying with international photovoltaic engineering load-bearing standards, ensuring long-term stable use in various complex terrain and climatic conditions.

Anti-Corrosion Material Protection, Adapt to Harsh Environments
Photovoltaic brackets are mostly used in outdoor open-air environments, coastal areas and saline-alkali land, so anti-corrosion performance is particularly critical. Our forming machine is specially designed with anti-scratch and non-damaging material surface treatment, and the forming rollers are wrapped with wear-resistant polyurethane soft layer to avoid scratching the anti-corrosion coating of raw materials during the forming process. It is highly compatible with special anti-corrosion raw materials for photovoltaic brackets, including galvanized steel coil, aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel coil, hot-dip galvanized coil and aluminum alloy coil, with a processing thickness range of 1.5-3.0mm. The intact anti-corrosion coating ensures that the PV brackets have excellent salt spray resistance, moisture resistance and rust resistance, with a service life of up to 25-30 years, reducing later maintenance costs and meeting the long-term operation needs of various photovoltaic power stations.

Aiming at the large-scale and intensive production needs of global photovoltaic projects, our machine has a stable forming speed of 12-32 meters per minute, balancing production efficiency and product quality, and can quickly complete the production tasks of large-scale photovoltaic power station brackets. The fully automatic integrated production line realizes the whole process of automatic uncoiling, precision leveling, synchronous punching, roll forming, fixed-length hydraulic cutting and automatic stacking, with unmanned continuous production. Only 1-2 operators are needed for supervision, which greatly reduces labor input and improves production efficiency by more than 200% compared with traditional processing methods. The high-capacity coil support can adapt to 5-15 tons of raw material coils, reducing the frequency of coil replacement and ensuring the continuity and stability of mass production.

Heavy-Duty Durable Structure, Long Service Life
The whole machine adopts an integrated thick steel plate welded frame, processed by overall stress relief annealing treatment, with ultra-strong rigidity and stability, no vibration and deformation during long-term high-speed operation, and a service life of more than 15 years. The forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 bearing steel, treated by high-frequency quenching and precision grinding, with high hardness and wear resistance, and can maintain stable forming accuracy for a long time without frequent replacement. The hydraulic punching and cutting system adopts high-strength tungsten steel blades, with precise cutting, no burrs and long service life; key transmission components adopt high-quality gearboxes and silent chains, running smoothly with low noise, low failure rate and less daily maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime and production costs.
