The forming molds are customized and processed according to the standard dimensions of various partition keels (such as C-type, U-type, and L-type keels). The mold gap and forming angle are precisely calibrated, ensuring that the dimensional deviation of the formed keels is less than ±0.5mm. This high precision ensures that the keels can be closely connected with gypsum boards, calcium silicate boards and other facing materials during installation, avoiding gaps and unevenness, and greatly improving the structural stability and sound insulation effect of the partition walls. Stable and Durable Structural Design
The machine frame is made of thickened high-quality steel plates, which are welded by automatic submerged arc welding technology.
