A CZ purlin roll forming machine is a continuous cold roll forming line that turns galvanized steel coil, PPGI into C purlin and Z purlin profiles for steel structure construction. Unlike old separate C purlin machine and Z purlin machine, this integrated line supports fast C-Z profile change and stepless size adjustment, helping metal component manufacturers handle mixed orders efficiently with lower equipment investment.

Our Zhongtuo automatic CZ purlin roll former adopts PLC touchscreen control with servo drive system. You can adjust web height, flange width and lip height directly on HMI. The one-key C/Z switching design avoids heavy manual mold disassembly. It only takes a few minutes to finish profile conversion, greatly cutting downtime between different batches.
