Precision Control System of M-Steel purlin Forming
The key to M-shaped steel forming quality lies in precise control of cross-sectional dimensions and uniform stress distribution. Our forming machine employs a "multi-pass progressive forming + real-time precision calibration" technology system, enabling full-process precision control from steel strip raw materials to finished products. Each process step is computer-simulated and optimized to ensure product consistency meets internationally advanced standards.
The raw material pretreatment phase establishes precision foundations: A servo-controlled uncoiler integrated with a four-stage leveling system processes steel strips ranging from 120-600mm in width and 1.2-12mm in thickness. High-frequency vibration eliminates internal stresses, ensuring flatness errors remain within 0.08mm/m to prevent warping during forming. The core forming process employs a 24-pass progressive cold rolling system, which, unlike conventional 18-pass equipment, distributes metal deformation stresses across all passes. Coupled with proprietary curved roller profiles, this achieves R±0.1mm precision in the fillet transition between M-shaped steel flanges and webs, effectively resolving edge cracking and cross-sectional distortion issues common in traditional systems.
The finishing process achieves quality enhancement: The online laser diameter measurement system continuously monitors cross-sectional dimensions, maintaining height tolerance within ±0.2mm and flange width within ±0.15mm. Subsequently, medium-frequency induction straightening and fixed-length flying saw cutting enable customized production of 3-12m lengths with verticality error ≤0.3°, allowing direct assembly without additional processing. The entire production line operates under PLC centralized control, requiring only one operator for parameter setting and production monitoring, achieving fully automated operation.

Smart Management
Intelligentization is the core competitive edge of our equipment. The "Cloud-Controlled Production System" built on industrial internet technology enables end-to-end digital management. The 15-inch touchscreen features multilingual support including Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Operators simply input basic parameters like M-beam height, thickness, and material, and the system automatically adjusts 28 process parameters such as roll pressure and forming speed. New operators can start working after just 30 minutes of training.
Remote maintenance capabilities dramatically reduce service costs: The equipment is equipped with 36 sensors that collect real-time data on integrated pressure, roll temperature, and feeding speed, which is then uploaded to the cloud platform. AI algorithms predict the lifespan of wear-prone components and issue early warnings. When faults occur, technical teams can debug parameters directly via remote desktop, eliminating lengthy cross-border service delays. The cloud platform also automatically generates production reports, enabling customers to achieve refined control over order progress and material consumption.


High strength forming: Reliable guarantee of extreme working condition
Through optimized forming processes and coordinated material heat treatment control, our equipment produces M-shaped steel with exceptional mechanical properties. Third-party testing confirms that standard Q355 steel M-shaped steel achieves tensile strength exceeding 520MPa, yield strength ≥355MPa, and impact energy ≥47J in-20℃ low-temperature impact tests, fully meeting the operational requirements of steel structures in extreme environments such as bridge supports and mining machinery. In an Australian mining project, the support frames fabricated with our M-shaped steel exhibited zero permanent deformation under 120kN loads, with a service life 50% longer than conventional channel steel frames.
