Working Principle & Production Process
Our automatic metal pedal forming machine adopts a mature multi-station progressive forming process, with standardized and streamlined operation, convenient installation and debugging, and simple daily maintenance. The complete production flow is as follows:
First, the coiled metal raw material is automatically fed into the equipment through the hydraulic feeding system, and the leveling device corrects the plate flatness to eliminate warping and bending defects. Then, through the pre-punching station, the equipment completes precise punching of mounting holes and positioning holes. After that, the multi-group forming rollers and stamping die complete pedal bending, arc shaping, anti-slip pattern embossing and edge trimming. Finally, the fixed-length cutting system automatically cuts and discharges materials to output finished metal pedals with standard sizes and smooth surfaces. The whole process is automatically controlled by the system without manual intervention.
