Complete Working Process
Our automatic double layer roofing tile forming machine adopts mature cold roll forming technology, with standardized and streamlined production process, simple operation and convenient installation and debugging. The complete production flow is as follows:
First, the raw material steel coil is fixed on the hydraulic uncoiler, and the automatic feeding device sends the steel plate into the leveling mechanism to eliminate plate bending and uneven thickness defects. Then, according to the production profile requirements, the upper or lower layer forming system is started. The steel plate is gradually rolled and formed by multiple groups of precision rollers to form a standard roof tile profile. After that, the hydraulic system completes fixed-length cutting and edge trimming. Finally, the finished roof tiles are automatically output and stacked, realizing one-time completion from raw materials to finished products.
