Our integrated highway guardrail roll forming machine adopts mature continuous cold roll forming technology, specially designed for processing galvanized steel coils, black steel coils and weather-resistant steel coils into standard two-wave (W-beam) and three-wave (thrie-beam) highway guardrail panels that fully comply with international road safety standards such as AASHTO M-180, EN1317 and GB/T 31439.1. The entire production line runs fully automatically, realizing unmanned continuous production from feeding to finished product stacking, with stable operation and high production efficiency.
The complete automated production flow is as follows: Firstly, the raw material steel coil (5-10 tons load capacity optional) is placed on the hydraulic uncoiler, which conducts automatic expansion, contraction and tension-controlled unwinding, equipped with a hydraulic deviation correction system to ensure the steel sheet enters the production line accurately without deviation or wrinkling. Secondly, the steel sheet passes through the precision leveling machine, where multiple sets of leveling rollers eliminate internal stress and surface deformation, making the sheet flat and uniform, laying a solid foundation for subsequent high-precision forming. Then, the leveled sheet enters the main forming host, where a set of specially designed integrated forming rollers conducts step-by-step cold bending forming; operators can quickly switch between two-wave and three-wave forming modes through the touch screen, without disassembling and replacing the entire roller group, greatly saving mold replacement time and improving production continuity. After forming, the guardrail panel enters the hydraulic punching system to punch standard mounting holes at precise positions, followed by the high-speed flying shear cutting system that cuts the panel into preset lengths accurately. Finally, the finished guardrail panels are automatically output and stacked, completing the entire high-efficiency production process.
The cold roll forming process retains the original mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the steel material, ensuring the formed guardrails have strong impact resistance, bending resistance and durability, meeting the strict safety and service life requirements of global road projects.

Core Components & Structural Highlights
Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Uncoiler: Built with high-strength welded steel structure and tempering treatment, with strong rigidity and stable load-bearing, supporting 5-10 tons steel coils and 320-600mm coil width. Equipped with hydraulic expansion, automatic tension control and photoelectric deviation correction system, it realizes smooth and stable unwinding, avoids sheet edge damage and feeding deviation, adapting to long-term continuous production.

Integrated Main Forming Host: The core component of the machine, adopting a thickened heavy-duty welded frame with high rigidity and low vibration, ensuring stable operation under high-speed forming. The internal forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 bearing steel, processed by precision CNC machining, quenched and tempered to HRC 58-62, with ultra-high wear resistance and corrosion resistance; the unique integrated roller design supports quick switching between two-wave and three-wave guardrail production, reducing downtime and improving production efficiency. The roller shaft is made of 40Cr alloy steel, with high strength and stable transmission, matching gearbox or servo drive system for adjustable and stable forming speed.

Precision Punching & Flying Shear System: Equipped with a hydraulic punching machine with standard hole molds, supporting customized hole positions according to customer needs, with punching accuracy up to ±0.1mm, ensuring consistent hole positions for easy on-site installation. The flying shear cutting system adopts high-precision encoder length measurement, with length error controlled within ±0.3mm, featuring fast cutting speed, neat notches, no burrs and no damage to the guardrail surface and galvanized layer; the cutting tool is made of Cr12MoV alloy steel, with long service life and convenient replacement.

Intelligent PLC Control System: Adopting international brand PLC programmable controller + 7-inch humanized touch screen interface, supporting Chinese-English bilingual operation (multi-language customization available). The system realizes one-key automatic production, with functions of parameter setting, production counting, fault self-diagnosis, emergency stop and overload protection. Operators can quickly switch between two-wave and three-wave production modes, store and call production parameters of different specifications, greatly reducing operation difficulty and improving production stability.

Hydraulic & Electrical System: The independent hydraulic station is equipped with cooling and oil filtering system, with stable pressure, low noise and low failure rate, providing reliable power for uncoiling, forming, punching and cutting. Electrical components adopt well-known international brands, with safe and stable circuit, complying with international electrical safety standards, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the equipment.
