The trapezoidal roof panel forming machine employs advanced cold bending technology to progressively process metal coils into roof panels with specific trapezoidal cross-sections. Its workflow is rigorous and efficient: First, metal coils are placed on an uncoiler that steadily releases the material, allowing metal sheets to smoothly proceed to subsequent processing stages. Next, the sheets enter a leveling device where multiple sets of rollers apply uniform pressure to eliminate deformation caused during transportation and storage, ensuring a smooth surface that lays the foundation for precise forming. The leveled sheets then enter the forming main machine, where a series of forming rollers progressively bend and shape the sheets according to pre-designed shapes and dimensions. These rollers work in coordination through precisely designed molds and precision mechanical transmission, gradually forming the trapezoidal contour during continuous rolling. Finally, the formed sheets reach the cutting device, where cutting equipment uses high-speed rotating blades or hydraulic shearing mechanisms to precisely cut the continuous sheets into required-length trapezoidal roof panels, completing the entire processing cycle.

Decoiler: As the starting stage of metal sheet processing, the uncoiler plays a vital role in supporting and releasing metal coils. Featuring a stable structure and precision control system, it automatically adjusts the uncoiling speed according to production requirements and sheet tension. This ensures smooth sheet feeding into subsequent equipment, preventing issues like jamming or coil loosening, thereby maintaining production continuity and stability.

Forming Machine: As the core component of the molding system, the internal forming rollers are the decisive factor in determining the shape and quality of roof panels. These rollers are fabricated from premium steel through precision machining and heat treatment, delivering exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and precision. The system features customized roller sets for various specifications, enabling production of trapezoidal roof panels in diverse dimensions and configurations. The drive mechanism employs advanced gear or chain transmission technology, ensuring stable and reliable power delivery while withstanding heavy workloads to guarantee efficient molding processes.

Cutting Device: The cutting device is responsible for precisely cutting the formed sheet metal to the specified length. Common cutting methods include mechanical and hydraulic cutting. Mechanical cutting utilizes a motor to drive a crankshaft or eccentric wheel mechanism, enabling the cutting tool to perform reciprocating motion for sheet metal cutting. Hydraulic cutting, on the other hand, employs high-pressure hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic station to drive a hydraulic cylinder, which in turn actuates the cutting tool. Hydraulic cutting offers advantages such as high cutting force, smooth cuts, and low noise, meeting high-quality cutting requirements. The cutting device is equipped with a high-precision length measurement and control system. Sensors continuously monitor the sheet metal’s travel length, and when the preset length is reached, the control system promptly triggers the cutting tool to ensure precise cutting.

Station hydraulique : The hydraulic station serves as the power source for the forming machine’s hydraulic system, primarily consisting of a motor, oil pump, oil tank, and control valves. The motor drives the oil pump to pressurize hydraulic oil from the tank and deliver it to various hydraulic actuators, such as hydraulic cylinders and motors, providing power for the machine’s shearing and adjustment operations. The control system of the hydraulic station can precisely regulate the pressure, flow rate, and direction of the hydraulic oil according to operational needs, enabling accurate control of equipment movements and ensuring stable and reliable operation.

Système de contrôle : As the “brain” of the forming machine, the control system employs advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or industrial computer technologies to automate and monitor the entire production process. Operators simply input parameters such as sheet thickness, forming dimensions, and cutting lengths on the control interface. The system then automatically coordinates the operation of components like the coiler, forming unit, and shearing device according to preset programs, achieving fully automated and intelligent production. Additionally, the control system features fault diagnosis and alarm functions, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment status. When faults occur, it promptly issues alerts and displays fault details, allowing operators to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues, thereby enhancing maintenance efficiency and production safety.
