Construction:

1. Main frame:It is composed of forged bearing seats made of section steel, A3 steel plate, and 45 steel, and is welded. After annealing and qualitative treatment, it does not deform; Two bearing seats are bored at once to ensure the concentricity of the spindle installation and prevent radial runout.
2. Spindle: Made of 45 seamless steel pipes quenched and tempered before precision turning, with a load capacity of 10 tons.
3. Expansion and contraction drum: Adopting a slider type push-pull expansion drum form; Four curved plates and a pair of linear cutting sliders, with an expansion diameter of Ф 470mm – Ф 530mm; The effective working length of the drum is 1380mm, and the overall core shaft ensures the concentricity of the drum during expansion and contraction.
4. Unwinding and pressing device: composed of pressing roller, support arm, and oil cylinder; The pressure roller is coated with polyurethane glue, which presses the material head during unwinding to help prevent it from loosening. The support arm is powered by a hydraulic oil cylinder for lifting and lowering.
5. Brake device:Adopting pneumatic disc brake components, the braking force can be adjusted. When parking, the brake should be tightened, and when driving, the brake should be dragged to ensure that the standby and startup states do not loosen the coil, so as to avoid scratching the surface of the board when loosening the coil.

The rolling plate is lifted by the feeding trolley and fed into or detached from the winding machine drum. Composed of walking base, V-shaped platform, hydraulic power, electrical power, and guide rail.

Construction:

Walking base: welded from A3 steel plate, four walking wheels made of # 45 round steel high-frequency treatment to ensure high load-bearing capacity, chain transmission, hydraulic motor walking speed of 5 meters/min, slowly guiding the coil into the drum.

V-shaped platform: welded from A3 steel plate, with four cylindrical guide pillars coated with hard chromium on the surface, and then ground. The platform is V-shaped, and the coil is lifted to the center height of the drum.

Hydraulic power: The lifting weight of the hydraulic station is 10 tons, the lifting height is 300mm, and the hydraulic cylinder model and specification are FA- Ф 125mm (1 unit) is controlled by electromagnetic valve and touch screen for lifting height.

Walking: Oil motor transmission.

Guide rail: The square tube and steel plate are welded to ensure no deformation and a firm connection with the foundation.
